Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedure (ADRP)

As the Registrant of a “.ma” domain name, you are subject to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedure (ADRP).

This is an extrajudicial procedure, administered by Arbitration and Mediation Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). It applies to all registered “.ma” domain names.

ADRP applies only to disputes related to “.ma” domain names on protected trademarks, trade names or service trademark in Morocco, between a Registrant and a third party.

ADRP does not in any way aim for disputes relating to the responsibility of ANRT and registrars.

ADRP does not prevent referral to a competent court for the same dispute, before, during or after this procedure. In this case, the final decision of that court will be applied.

See the Regulation on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedure for «.ma» domain names.

Responsibilities of ANRT and Registrars in an ADRP

ANRT is not involved in an ADRP implemented and is not responsible for the decisions made.

ANRT and the registrar of the domain name object of the dispute are required to provide any information in their possession on the Registrant of the domain name at the request of WIPO’s Arbitration and Mediation Center.

ANRT and the registrar apply the decision taken under the ADRP within the agreed deadline.
